By enrolling in SAA course offerings you understand and agree to the following SAA Withdrawal Policy:
Student withdrawals and subsequent payment cancellations are subject to review for approval by the SAA Administration.
Refunds (if appropriate) are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
Transfers* and withdrawal requests will take up to 7 days.
*Course transfer requests will only be accepted through September 30th.
*Please submit transfer and/or withdrawal requests via email to admin@saaot.edu and principal@saaot.edu —
we will then schedule a parent/teacher conference as needed.
Enrollment fees collected at the time of registration are non-refundable and applied toward tuition.
After September 12th: No refunds
Fees cover administration and teacher compensation to process the student cancellation or transfer.
**Clergy Scholarships (and any other offered scholarships for SAA courses) are not eligible for refunds.**
SAA reserves the right to decline class transfer* requests and will process class transfer requests as withdrawals along with the appropriate administrative fee.
